Reminder that Lauder (this year's winning house) will be going to the Meadows for Fun and Frollics tomorrow afternoon. 

Chocolate!

A huge, massive, gigantic thank you to Aidan's mum for coming in to lead a chocolate making workshop with p3c on Thursday afternoon. Everyone had a fantastic time and learned lots about how chocolate is made. The chocolate around everyone's mouths was a good indicator of their enjoyment! Also a big thank you to Hannah C's Dad for helping (and providing the frying pan)! 

Tea party

Thank you to all who came along to the p3c tea party this afternoon and making it a huge success. The children have worked really hard to put it together and were super excited about hosting the party. Just like this year (and the cakes) the afternoon went really quickly! Some tidying up in the morning and back to work before our last week in primary 3. Remember, if you want to join us next Wednesday we will be on the meadows from 12.30. 

Castle artefacts

Wow, what a fab afternoon we had today in P3C. We were very lucky to have Sorla's lovely Mum come in to share some amazing castle artefacts with us. It was great being hands on with items that would have been used hundreds of years ago. A huge thank you to Sorla's Mum!!

Craigmillar Castle

First day of June, you wouldn't expect that we'd have been delighted with wearing jumpers and jackets to keep out the cold and wind at the castle but it was dry and the sun popped out a bit, so we were delighted!! P3a had great fun exploring Craigmillar and found out lots of very interesting information mostly thanks to our brilliant tour guides, mummies Aileen, Linda, Donna and Tanya and helper Kirsty.
